Welcome to Pinky’s Tattoo Studio. By accessing or using our website https://pinkystattoo.com and booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or in person at our studio.
A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be applied to your final tattoo cost.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a loss of your deposit.

2. Age Restrictions

Clients must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid photo ID is required.
We do not tattoo minors, even with parental consent, in compliance with Mexican regulations.

3. Health & Safety

For your safety and ours, all equipment is sterilized and single-use materials are properly disposed of after each session.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, or allergies before your appointment.

4. Artwork & Designs

All tattoo designs are custom or original and remain the intellectual property of Pinky’s Tattoo unless agreed otherwise.
We do not replicate another artist’s work exactly, but we can create a custom design inspired by your reference.

5. Pricing & Payments

Prices vary based on size, design complexity, placement, and time required.
Full payment is required at the end of the session.
Accepted payment methods include cash and other locally accepted digital options (please confirm in advance).

6. Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.
Tattoos are permanent, and once completed, no refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction due to personal change of mind.
We offer touch-ups (if needed) within a reasonable time frame, at our discretion.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including images and text, is the property of Pinky’s Tattoo Studio and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful activities.

8. Limitation of Liability

Pinky’s Tattoo Studio is not liable for any complications or allergic reactions that arise post-treatment. Aftercare instructions will be provided, and following them is your responsibility.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately upon update.
